PATCHES

Patches are still embroidered images, but they are different. Patches areembroidered onto a substrate of material often a number at a time-notindividually like direct embroidery.Patches then lay on top of the fabric and are either ironed on or sewn on.The most common application for a patch is on the sleeve of public safety personal like police officers, paramedics and fire fighters.

SCREEN PRINTING

We offer screen printing, heat transfer, flocking, burn-out, foil and many other special printing effects. We also offer blank garments for you, or you can request us to make your own unique blank garments with low minimums. Please contact us.

SUBLIMATION PRINTING

Full dye sublimation is a state of the art garment printing process that allows, "all over printing" of garments. High resolution digital files are printed using non toxic, water based ink and permanently heat set into rolls of blank eco-poly fabric, made from recycled post consumer water bottles. Once the color of the fabric is set it won't fade, crack or peel.

HEAT TRANSFERS

Heat transfers are iron-on images, produced primarily by screen printing and other commercial printing methods. Heat transfers have also advanced to include transfer papers for use with home computer printers. Transfer imprints differ in quality and appearance depending on the printing method, but all operate on the same application method and principle: heat and pressure are applied to a special release paper, facilitating the transfer of ink to the fabric.

Pattern Making

We can develop from your sketches or you can provide us with your own first samples. Our team of fashion professionals are equipped to translate your ideas into patterns and salesman samples, and your artwork onto screens, fabrics or garments. Cutting Process

Cutting is one of the major process in garments manufacturing. Here garments parts are cutting according to the pattern. In garments cutting department, a process flow chart have to maintained to send the right measurement parts in the next process for making quality garments.

Sewing Process

In the apparel industry , sewing section is the main department for garments manufacturing. When all the garments are complete to cut in the cutting section, all of these cutting parts are sending to sewing department for making garment. In this section different cutting parts are joining together with the help of different types of sewing machine, threads and needle. To complete the perfect garment easily and timely Floor in-charge always maintains a working procedure. Working procedure is also called as process flow chart of sewing department in the garments industry.

Ironing process

Pressing or ironing is the most important finishing process in readymade garments sector which is done by subjecting a cloth to heat and pressure with or without steam to remove unwanted creases and to impart a flat a appearance to the garments. Pressing or ironing also done to introduce creases in the apparel
