Q. DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

A; An email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you can without register for a About Apparels  account so that you can start adding your favourite pieces to your wishlist and easily place an order.

Q: What's the best price you offer ?

A: The price depend on the material ,the quantity,the design and the logo .You can tell us more details that
     we can quote you with the price.But we ensure that we can give you a best price and the quality.

Q:Can i custom my own tags and logo?

A: Sure.We offer customized service , Not only the tags and logo , but also the design and packing can as you request.

Q:What about the MOQ?

A:The MOQ is 500 per design .But small order is Ok if we can do it .Many new brands choice to work with us
    in the beginning and we are very happy to watch them grow up.

Q:Can I get a sample before bulk order?

A: Yes ,In order to text the quality ,you can get a sample before bulk order. We are very confident about the quality .
     And the sample time is 7-10 days.

Q:Which manufacturer are you OEM or ODM?

A: We are original manufacturer of Motorsports Leather and textile wear and we offer both services.

Service#1 OEM(original equipment manufacturer) If buyer has his/her own design & want us to manufacture it.

Service#2 ODM(original design manufacturer) If Customer wants to buy a product designed & manufactured by us.

Q:Do you accept own brand?

A: Yes we Accept Customers design

Q:Why your rates are very low, is there any quality difference?

A: Firstly we are not distributor or Pseudo exporter who buy products from manufacturers and then sell. In between customers and us there is no any mediator involved and thus profit doesn’t divide in two places, we directly approach buyers that’s why our rates are low. Secondly we don’t compromise on quality and all our products are 100% exact as shown in the pictures. Quality is our first priority.

Q:Do you send sample before commencement of orders?

A: Yes before commencing orders we ship a prototype to buyer for better consideration and confirmation of quality material. Customer will pay for sample and the shipment charges would be endured by us.

Q:Do you deal with custom orders?

A: Yes, we always encourage custom orders. All our working is completely customized from Sizing,Coloring to Printing/Logos.

Q:How do i get quote/price for a product?

A: You have to email us the model or picture of the product you want to get quote on. Then you will receive a reply with a pricelist.

Q: Where can I find your chart size?

A: We have some standard size chart measurement due to variations in size for different areas. you can seen our size Chart link .We work on customer’s provided sizing and details.

Q:What If Can't Get My Logos In EPS Vector Format?

A: We can also accept a high-resolution JPEG file (300 dpi), and our art department can convert the file into vector format. i have an event date i’m trying to meet. if i send a deposit before the art is completed, will that save me a space in the production schedule? Depends on the situation and production space, ask about this, We cannot process your order until we have all 3 elements: completed artwork, completed order form, and Money deposit.?

Q:Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes, we ship all over the world.

Q:what is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: We have accepted low MOQ.

Q:How will I receive my Order?

A: We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
